Q2: What is your MOQ?
A2: For most display rack, our MOQ is 100 pcs. But for some heavy duty display rack, 50 pcs would be ok.
Q3: What is colour option?
A3: The color for our display rack is optional. We could powder coated the Pantone color for you.
Q4:: What is your payment terms usually?
A4: Our payment term is 30% downpayment before mass production, 70% balance payment before container loading. You could arrange the payment by Payal, West Union, T/T.
Q5: How is your sample policy?
A5:For customized sample, we usually charge 3 times of unit price after your confirmation of the sample drawing. It could be refunded to your once your next order q’ty is up to our MOQ.
For the express shipping, we usually delivery it by freight collect. Pls let us know your express account before shippement.
